Vietnamese mud fish…
We were asked to make a birthday cake that incorporated a fish like the one pictured below on the book. It is a logo for the Vietnamese Navy. We hand cut and hand painted the fish out of gum paste and tye dyed all the waves. We used brown sugar for the sand. The cake was an 8′ white vanilla cake with strawberry and cream cheese filling.
