Sweet sixteen…

This cake was made for a very lucky girl on her sweet 16 birthday.  This cake was very large.  It was a 14′-10′-6- cake.  Two of the tiers were red velvet with cream cheese filing and one tier was white vanilla cake with raspberry and bavarian filling.

    I actually ate this cake at the dinner. WOW!!! It tastes better than it looks.
