Surfer dude…
This surfer cake was made for a Hawaiian luau for a very special one year old. The main cake is a golden yellow cake with chocolate bavarian filling. The cupcakes are an almond butter cake with strawberry and cream cheese swirl filling. The fondant and the butter cream smash cake were marbled to represent water. All of the decorations were made from gum paste/fondant.
