Seashells…

This cake was made for an anniversary celebration on the beach.  It is a 8″- 5″ white vanilla cake with strawberry and cream cheese filling.  The shells are handmade with dark, white, and peanut butter chocolates. The coral is white chocolate.  The cake was finished with raw sugar for sand and edible glitter dusting to give it that special shimmer.
