Occupation birthday cakes…
I was asked to make two birthday cakes for a husband and wife depicting thier occupations. He owns a Real Estate company whose slogan is “We sell Texas to the rest of the world.” She is a long time teacher/librarian. The teacher cake is a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and the Texas cake is a lemon cake brushed with a simple syrup with cream cheese and strawberry swirl filling.
