La vie en rose….
I was asked to make a birthday cake that included all of the birthday girls most favorite interests in life. Music, Michael Buble, Paris, & Lavender. I was not sure I would be able to pull those ideas in to a cake but it turned out quite well in the end! This is a rich three layer Kahlua chocolate cake with chocolate hazelnut butter cream. The flowers are made from fondant and the Eiffel tower is gum paste.
