Girlie Moose and Zee…
This is a very “Girlie” Moose & Zee cake created for little Miss Cambree’s 1st Birthday! The main cake is a dark chocolate cake with a tart cherry filling and chocolate hazelnut buttercream. The cupcakes and smash cake are vanilla flavored with vanilla buttercream. All the decorations with the exception of Moose are made from fondant. Moose is hand scuplted from modeling chocolate.
(Sorry for the not so good pictures but…basically I’m an idiot and somehow managed to delete the good pics off my computer and their gone forever!

Awesome cake!!! Loved it! and I think Cambree did too, was not much left to the smash cake..lol Meoi & Andrea, thank you very much for all of your hard work and sleepless nights!!!
