The cake is lemon cake with cream cheese and strawberry swirl filling. The lid to the present is rice krispie treats covered in white chocolate and fondant. The crown the baby is wearing matches the invite.

Meoi made this retro surf cake to celebrate Mike and Mary’s 40th birthday. It’s vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream. The surf boards and #40 were made from gumpaste The “sand” was created using crushed pecan sandy cookies. The entire cake was airbrushed to give the sunset feel.
