Meoi made this simple but elegant cake to for a Hollywood themed birthday.

I just happened to be in town and Meoi and I got to make this cake together for a dear friend.  This cake was to celebrate the 41st anniversary of Morning Star School in St Petersburg, Fl.  Along with the cake came 100 cupcakes.  The topper on the cake was hand cut to match the school’s logo.

Meoi made this unique themed cake for Matt’s 40th birthday.  He is not only a fireman but he sells hot tubs too! All of the decorations are fondant.

This beautiful seashell cake was made by Meoi as a going away cake for Ms. Amy.  It is a white vanilla cake with a fresh strawberry filling and buttercream icing. Shells are hand made from white chocolate and brushed with luster dust.

This cake is near and dear to me for it was made for my amazing and brave 15 year old niece Alexandria as she began her courageous battle against brain cancer.  I put together a huge party for her and all her friends and Meoi made this cake for the event.  My neice Alex did [...]

This cake was made by Meoi for the Azalea Bulldogs fundraiser held at Push Ultra Lounge. Each layer of the cake was a different flavor and served over 200 people.
