I was asked to make a present cake to match the baby shower invite. The cake is lemon cake with cream cheese and strawberry swirl filling. The lid to the present is rice krispie treats covered in white chocolate and fondant. The crown the baby is wearing matches the invite.

Meoi made this awesome Super Mario themed cake with matching cupcakes for Colin’s 7th Birthday.

This flowers, butterflies and ladybug cake was made by Meoi for her daughter’s best buddy.  The inside of the cake and cupcakes were rainbow layers.

Meoi made this retro surf cake to celebrate Mike and Mary’s 40th birthday. It’s vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream. The surf boards and #40 were made from gumpaste The “sand” was created using crushed pecan sandy cookies. The entire cake was airbrushed to give the sunset feel.

Meoi made this adorable cake. Tigger is hand sculpted from rice crispy treats and covered with modeling chocolate and fondant.

I just happened to be in town and Meoi and I got to make this cake together for a dear friend.  This cake was to celebrate the 41st anniversary of Morning Star School in St Petersburg, Fl.  Along with the cake came 100 cupcakes.  The topper on the cake was hand cut to match the school’s logo.
