This is a three layer rich double fudge cake that was brushed with a chocolate liqueur simple syrup and iced in chocolate hazelnut butter cream. The bottom tier is filled with butter cream and the top tier is filled with strawberry filling. The helicopter, banner and bi plane are made of fondant and gum paste.

A simple birthday cake for a husband and wife joint birthday party. The cake is made of chocolate devil’s food cake brushed with a Kaluha sugar wash and chocolate hazelnut buttercream. All the decorations including the roses are made of fondant.
